Duckpot Points are the exchange's activity reward unit. You collect them from one-off setup tasks, ongoing trading and referrals, then spend them in the points reward shop on token rewards, fee rebates and campaign prizes. Points live in your account ledger, so every credit and redemption is traceable.

The Rewards tab lists every task with its point value and claim status. Anything already completed can be claimed straight away.

Clear the one-off tasks
Account sign-up, email or Telegram link, 2FA setup, identity verification, first deposit and first trade each pay a one-time point reward.

Trading volume, P2P orders and event campaigns credit points continuously while the campaign is running.

Referral sign-ups and their qualifying trades credit points to your balance automatically.

Exchange points for DUCKPOT token, campaign prizes and rebates. Redemptions are recorded in the points ledger and credited to your wallet.

- Rewards are claimed manually in the Rewards Hub — nothing credits until you tap Claim.
- A $1 minimum deposit is required before futures trading and on-chain withdrawals.
- Identity verification, a transaction PIN and 2FA are required to withdraw anything you earn.
- One account per person. Multi-account farming is detected and results in freezing and forfeited rewards.

What are Duckpot Points worth?
Points have no fixed exchange rate. Their value is whatever the reward shop lists at the time — token rewards, prizes and rebates are each priced in points and can change.
Can I convert Duckpot Points to USDT?
Not directly. You redeem points for shop items such as DUCKPOT token or campaign rewards, and those assets can then be traded for USDT where a market exists.
Do Duckpot Points expire?
Points stay in your ledger unless a specific campaign states an expiry. Campaign prizes can run out while stock lasts.
Can I transfer points to another account?
No. Points are tied to the account that earned them, and multi-account farming leads to freezing and forfeiture.
